Please note: Our Public Liability Insurance policy does not cover commercial properties.
We have also taken out a WorkCover insurance policy for our cleaners, in case they are injured
while working. This is to support our cleaners in their work.
Yes, we take training very seriously at Pinpoint Cleaning Group. We want our cleaners to provide you with the best service possible. We provide training to ensure that you will get a consistent service.
Your cleaner may not be familiar with the brand of appliance in your home, and may be uncertain how to operate them. To ensure that appliances (or the items in them) are not accidentally damaged, Pinpoint Cleaning Group’s policy is that cleaners are not to operate these appliances.
The safety of our cleaners is a top priority. Falls from stools or ladders are very common. Falls from ladders is one of the most common workplace injuries. Therefore, to ensure the safety of our cleaners, Pinpoint Cleaning Group’s policy is that they are not allowed to climb on a stool or ladder while cleaning your home.
The only exception to this is for a builders clean. If our cleaners have been booked to do a builders clean which requires working at height off the ground, they have access to specialized equipment (eg ladders, work platforms) for their safety. Another safety measure we have
implemented is that our cleaners will also work in pairs.
